DeeperQuiet Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 7, 2026 · Version 2026-09-07

Welcome to DeeperQuiet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DeeperQuiet.com and related applications, features, services, and content ("DeeperQuiet," the "Service," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, selecting "I agree," or otherwise using the Service after being presented with these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

1. Purpose of DeeperQuiet

DeeperQuiet is a Bible-reading, study, research, note-taking, and study-building application. Features may include Scripture reading, Bible translation access, historical and geographical research, Hebrew and Greek language information, cross-references, commentaries or links to commentary resources, personal notes, saved studies, and artificial-intelligence-assisted research.

DeeperQuiet is intended to assist personal study. It is not a substitute for Scripture itself, qualified pastoral counsel, academic scholarship, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use DeeperQuiet only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and not to impersonate another person.

3. Scripture and Third-Party Bible Content

DeeperQuiet may display Bible translations and related content supplied by third-party publishers, licensors, Bible platforms, or other providers.

Bible translations are not owned by DeeperQuiet unless expressly stated otherwise. Copyrighted Bible text remains the property of its respective copyright holder and is provided subject to the applicable publisher or licensor requirements.

Your ability to read, highlight, quote, save, or otherwise interact with Bible text through DeeperQuiet does not grant you ownership of that text or rights to reproduce or redistribute it beyond what applicable copyright law and the applicable content license permit.

Attribution and copyright notices displayed with Bible content form part of that content and should not be removed when applicable.

Availability of a particular Bible translation may change if a provider, publisher, or licensor changes or terminates our access.

4. Your Content

"You Content" means content you personally create within DeeperQuiet, such as notes, reflections, study organization, titles, questions, journal entries, or other original material.

You retain ownership of your original User Content.

You grant DeeperQuiet a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service to you.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to DeeperQuiet.

User Content does not include third-party Bible text merely because that text appears alongside or within one of your saved studies.

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

Some DeeperQuiet features may use artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate research, summaries, explanations, suggested connections, historical context, geographical context, language analysis, questions, or other study material.

AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or mistaken.

AI-generated content is not Scripture and should never be represented or relied upon as the authoritative wording or meaning of Scripture.

DeeperQuiet may combine AI-generated material with information retrieved from Bible datasets, lexicons, historical sources, geographical sources, cross-reference datasets, or other research materials. The presence of a source or citation does not guarantee that every AI-generated statement is correct.

You are responsible for exercising judgment when relying on AI-generated material and are encouraged to verify important conclusions against Scripture and appropriate authoritative sources.

6. AI and Scripture Content Boundaries

DeeperQuiet may use Bible translations that have different licensing restrictions.

Where required by applicable licensing terms, DeeperQuiet may use a separate Bible source that permits AI processing rather than transmitting restricted translation text to an AI provider.

As a result, research generated while you are reading one Bible translation may be based on the same Scripture reference using a different Bible source that DeeperQuiet is permitted to process with AI.

The translation displayed to you remains the authoritative source for the exact wording shown in the reader. AI-generated output should not be treated as an authoritative source for the exact wording of any copyrighted Bible translation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use DeeperQuiet for unlawful purposes;
  • attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, usage limits, or security controls;
  • access another person's private studies, notes, account, or data without authorization;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service;
  • use automated methods to scrape, harvest, systematically download, or redistribute copyrighted Bible content in violation of applicable rights;
  • misrepresent AI-generated content as an authoritative Bible translation;
  • use DeeperQuiet in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
  • reverse engineer or abuse third-party services accessed through DeeperQuiet except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Third-Party Services

DeeperQuiet relies on third-party technology and content providers. These may include authentication, database, hosting, artificial-intelligence, Bible-content, security, analytics, and infrastructure services.

Those services may be subject to their own terms, availability, limitations, and privacy practices.

DeeperQuiet is not responsible for interruptions, errors, changes, or discontinuation caused by third-party providers.

9. Availability and Changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of DeeperQuiet.

We may change Bible translations or research sources when licensing, technical, quality, security, or product considerations require it.

We do not guarantee that the Service or any particular feature will always be available or error-free.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:

  • protect users or the Service;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
  • comply with law;
  • enforce these Terms;
  • comply with requirements imposed by content licensors or service providers.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before termination.

You may stop using DeeperQuiet at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party content such as Bible translations, the DeeperQuiet application, interface, branding, software, design, and original materials are owned by DeeperQuiet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of DeeperQuiet technology or branding.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeeperQuiet is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that AI-generated, historical, linguistic, geographical, theological, or other research material will always be accurate.

Nothing produced by DeeperQuiet should be understood as a representation that an AI system speaks for God, Scripture, a church, denomination, pastor, scholar, publisher, or Bible translator.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeeperQuiet and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit such limitation.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed in connection with DeeperQuiet and is incorporated into your use of the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Each published version will have an effective date and version identifier.

If a change is material, we may require you to review and affirmatively accept the updated Terms before continuing to use authenticated features of DeeperQuiet.

Your acceptance record may include the version accepted and the date and time of acceptance.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent through the contact method published on DeeperQuiet.com.
